Grant is a Registered Provisional Psychologist, but long before he became a therapist, he spent nearly a decade working as a first responder. He knows what it’s like to work in environments where people count on you to stay calm, make tough decisions, and keep moving, no matter what’s happening beneath the surface.

Over the past 19 years, Grant has worked with Child and Family Services, First Nations communities, schools, court systems, and first responders. Throughout that time, he’s met countless men who are carrying far more than anyone realizes. The stress, the pressure, the responsibility, the expectation to always have it together. He understands that for many men, asking for help doesn’t come naturally, and often doesn’t happen until they’ve been running on empty for a long time. Grant works with men facing stress, burnout, trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, grief, and major life transitions.

Whether you’re navigating the demands of work, family, leadership, or simply trying to figure out what’s next, his goal isn’t to tell you how to live your life. It’s to help you better understand what’s getting in your way and develop practical strategies to move forward with confidence.

His style is straightforward, respectful, and free of unnecessary jargon. He draws from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, trauma-informed care, and Solution-Focused Therapy, but every conversation is tailored to the person sitting across from him—not a textbook.

Outside of the office, Grant enjoys fishing, skiing, hiking, camping, and spending time with his family and three Labradors.

If you’re looking for someone who understands pressure, listens without judgment, and will help you take meaningful steps forward, Grant is ready to work alongside you.

Rhylee is a Registered Provisional Psychologist who believes that therapy should leave you with more than a place to talk—it should give you the tools, confidence, and direction to move forward. She holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and a Bachelor of Recreation Therapy, bringing a practical, whole-person approach to helping men navigate life’s challenges.

She understands that many men have spent years believing they should be able to figure things out on their own. Whether it’s work, relationships, family, or simply the pressure to keep everything together, it can be difficult to know when to ask for help—or even where to start. Rhylee creates a space where those conversations feel straightforward, productive, and focused on finding real solutions.

Rhylee works with men experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, burnout, relationship challenges, workplace pressures, retirement, life transitions, low self-confidence, ADHD, and feeling stuck or disconnected. She also enjoys working with couples who want to strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and navigate life’s challenges together.

Her approach is collaborative, genuine, and action-oriented. Drawing primarily from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, while integrating other evidence-based approaches, she tailors every session to the individual sitting across from her. Rather than staying focused on the problem, she helps clients gain clarity, recognize their strengths, and build practical strategies they can apply in everyday life.

Known for her warm, down-to-earth style, Rhylee believes that meaningful change starts with an honest conversation and a willingness to take the first step. Her goal is to help men build resilience, strengthen their relationships, and create a life that feels more balanced, purposeful, and aligned with what matters most to them.

Outside of the office, Rhylee enjoys travelling, playing hockey, and spending time with her family.

If you’re ready to move beyond simply getting through the day and start making meaningful changes, Rhylee is ready to help.

Brooke Wuerch is More for Men’s Primary Health Care Nurse Practitioner, providing comprehensive medical care for men’s hormone health, metabolic health, sexual health, hair restoration, and healthy aging.

With nearly a decade of experience in primary care, Brooke has helped patients manage everything from everyday health concerns to complex chronic conditions. Her passion lies in identifying problems early, understanding why symptoms are happening, and creating personalized treatment plans that help people feel better—not just manage their symptoms.

Brooke knows that many men spend years accepting fatigue, weight gain, low testosterone symptoms, declining performance, low libido, brain fog, or poor sleep as “just getting older.” She believes those changes deserve to be investigated, not ignored.

Her approach is thorough, practical, and evidence-based. She takes the time to understand the full picture of your health, reviews comprehensive laboratory testing, explains what your results actually mean, and develops a personalized treatment plan based on your goals—not a one-size-fits-all protocol.

Brooke joined More for Men because she believes men deserve a place where they can talk openly about their health, be taken seriously, and receive proactive care focused on helping them feel stronger, healthier, and perform at their best.

“My goal is to help you understand what’s happening in your body, identify the underlying cause, and create a plan that helps you feel like yourself again.”
